“ Love having this local family restaurant in our neighborhood. It's a casual atmosphere, and the staff are great to chat with, down to earth and welcoming. You get a sense of the restaurant's multi-generation history in Overland Park. We often get carry out, and our go-to is the Villa Capri Special pizza, a Grilled Chicken Salad (it's big enough to share), and an appetizer. The pizzas have a thinner style crust, and we like it cooked extra crispy. It can really hit the spot! ”

“ Local favorite, nothing fancy, simple but good food. Best meatball sandwich in the KC metro area. This family owned and operated gem is a KC original that's been running for a very long time. You'll be greeted, served and cooked for by the owners. They have daily lunch specials. I can go to Steve's during lunch hour, dine in and eat my favorite meal in less time I can drive thru some cardboard box chain or overpay for delivery and I feel great about spending my money at this awesome establishment. You feel like you've known them forever once they see you a few a times they'll remember you! I love Thursdays because the lunch special is the meatball sandwich! This place should be on diners drives and dives. I swear there is something here for everyone. Just GREAT simple American Italian food. Try it, you'll love it. If you don't love it keep trying it until you do! ”

“ Delicious as always. So good! Only have 20 months left as they are retiring. Unless someone buys it from them, it will be another awesome dining place gone. Cheese bread, pizza, lasagna, and salad (my wife loves their blue cheese dressing, says it's the best she's ever tasted!) So, run over and have a wonderful Italian lunch or dinner. ALL their food is to die for! ”
